1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SubGen ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

SubGen provides automated Telugu speech-to-text transcription and subtitle generation for video content. The Service uses AI models and may not produce perfect results. You are responsible for reviewing and editing generated subtitles before use.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SubGen to:

• Upload content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, or violates third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.
• Upload videos for which you do not have the rights or necessary permissions.

5. Billing & Payments

• Free tier: 10 minutes of processing per month at no cost.
• Monthly plans: One-time payments valid for 30 days from purchase. Unused quota does not roll over.
• Top-up credits: Purchased credits never expire and are used after monthly quota is exhausted.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay and are subject to Razorpay's terms.

6. Video Storage

Uploaded videos are temporarily stored for processing and automatically deleted within 30 minutes. Do not use SubGen as a video storage service. We are not responsible for loss of uploaded content.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your uploaded videos and generated subtitles. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of transcriptions or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI-generated subtitles may contain errors.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SubGen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months prior to the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
